None of the bastards will open the door to me
Hopefully none of them will vote for Mr Ankers either. Whatever happens he wins the award for candidate name most likely to be a typographical error. Anyway this graphic has been shamelessly nicked from CP who will be commenting all night on the success or otherwise of Mr Ankers and the other Lib Dem members (I think is the right word) ¶ 11:59 pm

Sadly, wAnkers - wOops, Ankers - was the only gain for them. Though as someone says as it was won as a Lib Dem one could look at it as a Hold - by just 42 votes!!!! Which is a lot cooler than the blame game that some wish to pursue. Throw blame - be ashamed. The blamers are the guilty!
They threw a huge amount into Chorlton it could have been anywhere with 250 either way and at -42 for us it's less than 20% off the mid point.

I would classify Chorlton as a hold for them if the candidate last time was elected as a fib dem even if she eventually saw the light.
