Improving democracy This is rather amusing. Perhaps we could also have constituencies with differential fees to that voters can choose the level of representation to suit their pocket. Voters wouldn't have to pay fees during an election but they would after although it has been suggested that this could be made income contingent.  ¶ 8:39 am
