A Room with a Russian View This is an interesting view from Russia or at least the Moscow Times. China has well overtaken Russia even though the Russians don't like the Chinese. The Chinese are the only ones that can rival the Americans and when a crisis in China ala the Wall Street Crash means that the Chinese are unwilling to keep financing the US deficit the dollar will be chucked out as the world's leading currency. Or words to that effect. Probably not the first Vodka but certainly not impossible.  ¶ 8:10 pm
