Manchester Labour leads the way ! Manchester's Labour council is a really superb organisation, one of the many reasons that the Labour group took seats of the Lib Dems at the last local elections, but it looks like we have gone above and beyond the run of the mill by setting up a public WIFI network that will eventually cover most of Greater Manchester.
